The Housing Coalition of the Northern Shenandoah Valley seeks to create the environment within the community to ensure everyone’s housing needs are met and that everyone has the opportunity to live with dignity and hope.
We are mobilizing the community to positively influence and address housing challenges in the Northern Shenandoah Valley region and building a sustainable, vibrant community where everyone has access to safe, decent, and affordable housing.

Together, we provide housing assistance, homelessness prevention, and homeownership counseling.
Goal 1
Build connections and equip organizations to help set favorable conditions for improving housing affordability.

Increase awareness of the state of housing in the community.
